I spent a glorious healing week session with Dr Vinod at The Retreat in Costa Rica in February 2020. He did a full and detailed body and mind assessment and then designed a very individualized program for me which included nutritional, physical and mental cleansing. The whole week was very therapeutic and educative, the treatments were intense in such a good way and I also left with knowledge that I have been able to incorporate into my wellness joumey going forward.
I fled the UK in winter to the warmth of Kerala. After ten days' wonderful treatment and support from Dr Vinod and his team, my 'flu symptoms and tiredness had vanished, and I left feeling like a goddess ! Dr Vinod and I have kept in touch, and I have since been lucky to benefit from time with him in both Delhi and Costa Rica.
